I'm Jeremy. I've been riding for 4 years now, nearly daily.
I started out with a CB250 a while back,
Not too long after that, I started making basic modifications, and a little after a year I realized that it wasn't so much the little bike it started out as, but a tiny touring bike.
There where many adventures during this time, exploring and riding all day throughout the summer and ditching class whenever I could.
My wife and I spent every moment we could on that bike, and despite its downfalls we never regretted it.
While later, and a conversatoin with my wife I sold my Nighthawk; as well as my xbox and computer and pooled up a little money from my awful job over several weeks and got the only logical choice for a young, short rider.
Finally; after hunting craigslist for weeks I was able to find one. A 1982 GL1100 in fantastic shape! Four days later I take my little sister out for lunch and a ride, and while leaving the freeway a most unfortunate meeting of bodies and pavement occurred. The car behind us failed to stop, and the GoldWing was totaled.
A short battle with the insurance company and recovery period and I itching for a new bike. As soon as all was final and the check was cut, I instantly went to craigslist to find another bike. The only one for sale, was this;
A 1984 Aspencade, and my current primary ride. Until just last month I'd not even had a car since six months after learning to ride. She has let me down a few times, and isn't the best representative of the breed in terms of reliability.
But she is mine, and we ride.
