I bought a new Nolan 102 (Com) Helmet and N-Com basickit2 kit, Model N102
I was sold this Kit from a Local Honda Dealer, stated it was the greatest set-up for the Nolan Full-Face Helmet.
My co-rider can hear music but can't hear me talking to her, I can barely hear the music and can;t hear the co-rider at all. I called the maker of basicKit2, still waiting for an answer from them.

I know someone out their had to have this problem and know how to fix this problem and would love to share it with us, I hope..... I was told it's an easy fix and the system would work great, Honda was no help in this matter. My co-rider is still upset that she can't talk to me over the com HELP

After reading up on this high tech bluetooth system, I would suggest getting help from the vendor or manufacturer... It may be as simple as a reset to get them to reboot and communicate, but they may not be setup correctly or working right either... and I am not understanding if these use the bikes intercom system or communicate directly with bluetooth..

Maybe some of the bluetooth guru's can help.. this will bump it up
