Help for a zoomsplat

I have a misguided friend who loves his zoomsplat and has recently added an option: a girlfriend:(. He wanted to know whether there was a good, basic, economic wired or wireless helmet to helmet intercom on the market so he can communicate with his inamorata as they buzz on down the highway.

Anybody have any experience or recommendations for helmet to helmet intercom systems that don't require major wiring on the bike?

Thanks

Basically it's like walkie talkies that have belt clip units and headsets in the helmets.

I prefer the solitude. And--it makes the "gee dear, I didn't hear that" defence usable without the "you weren't listening" fight.

I am a big fan of the ScalaRider Teamset. Its bluetooth and one can do handsfree cell phone. Its neat. I had the Chatterbox setup before, but didnt like the wires. The ScalaRider is WAY smaller too.

I've used the Scala Rider that a friend owns...Highly recommended, about 1/4 mile range. Not real cheap, but you get what you pay for....
