Hi to all, my nephew is living in Boston at the moment and planning a long trip across the USA then over the Pacific onto the old Eastern Block countries, through Europe and back to the UK, I think it somewhere in the region of 20 thousand miles. Paul is funding the trip himself and raising money for charity, problem is he needs help with preparing the bike in Boston. He doing the trip on a Triumph and to be honest he knows it not not the right bike but then that half the fun.

I would normally be there to help him but this is the best I can do being in the UK myself. Could you help him prep his bike? Do you know someone would could?

He tells me he's tried in vain looking for local bike meetings, saying the bikers in the USA are just not as friendly as in Europe, you can change this even if you can only provide him with a garage space.

Thanks to all Steve Robinson

Steve, I'm about 100 miles south, in New London County CT, (if you are at all familiar with Connecticut, I am near Mystic and right behind FOXWOODS casino) I know nothing about a TRIUMPH, and my garage is quite full, I do however have a 10 ft x 10 ft storage shed, (http://www.shelterlogic.com/Product...58d-4d4d-84c2-9fa90104449b&CategoryName=Sheds ) aluminum frame with tarp cover. It is out of the weather, and I can run power to it if needed. Not sure I can get him any heat, but if this helps, let me know.

Thanks for the offer kcid I'm pretty sure the bike is his only means of transport whilst he over with you in the USA so 100 miles is probably a little out of range, but I will pass on all details. I think he needs somewhere and someone to guide him more than anything, he more enthusiasm than ability when it come too spannering......
