Help purchasing wiring harness for rear speakers

Hello fellow Goldwing riders!

I just purchased a 1989 GL1500/6. The PO included two speakers for the rear of the bike but they are not installed and he told me I would need to purchase a wiring harness. Is this what I'm looking for?

Am I running wire from the radio back or is there wiring near the speakers that I'm tying into?

That one will do, the fader knob fits at the riders end.

There is a harness plug under the seat, its there even if the speakers are not. I mounted my fader control on the left fairing panel so I can reach it while riding.

I bought the same fader and speaker harness and haven't located the plug in harness on the bike. I'd be interested in hearing if you are able to make it all happen. bike did not have rear speakers or a fader switch. confused. thanks. lots of harnesses with caps but don't match up with the instructions that came with new hardware. not savy at all when it comes to this kind of stuff
