I just finished an oil/filter change on my '07 GL 1800:cool:, and need to remove the lower engine cover to get to the little drain tube to drain the junk.

Says to remove the rubber plugs that cover the bolts, but how do you remove them without scratching things up:baffled:??

Thanks for any HELP!

To drain that tube, you can do it while changing your oil. You have to remove the front lower cowling to access the drain bolt and filter. If you look you can see that drain tube and pull it out, remove the plug, and drain it. I drain mine at every oil change. Beats removing the engine cover.
