Greetings from SW Florida.

I inherited an '86 GL1200 Interstate from a friend of mine, who just got tired of trying to make it run well.

I am slightly more determined and far more mechanically inclined, so I figure I'll five it a whirl and see how I do with it.

For now, I just want to introduce myself and say thanks in advance for any help I'll find here.

They call me Smoofy, and I hope to make some friends. I'm new to the world of Goldwing coming from the V twin world.
