Has anyone ever made a horn button replacement? my 1985 aspencade is missing the button. The horn still works but i would like to replace the missing button without replaceiing the whole unit.

Do a search in the search box and you'll find that guys have been rather creative with homemade horn buttons. Me, I just painted the inside thingy with some bright red paint.

Not exactly a replacement but I took a old cellphone key pad and cut off the largest button. It is made of silicone I think. I just super-glued it to the metal lever that was left after my horn button disappeared. This give some height and makes it easier to locate when I need to use the horn.
