I ride a lot in summer like most people and never liked blazing hot days even before this summer of record heat.

when it's cold I can dress warmer.

I often wondered why a bike OEM never included a chiller option that would provide chilled water for seat and rider cooling. doesn't seem like it's be all that tough to do and it would be a VERY attractive feature to many many riders.

I used a "Cool Shirt" water cooled shirt this summer and it helped a lot on 100 degree days but the ice pack was large & cumbersome.

Well, Honda?

Hi, i think you guys should all move to UK if you hate overheating before your machine does.
I live on north east coast of UK, even on the hottest days of the summer, the gentle warmth from my 1200 De Luxe is NEVER too hot, probably cos our summer gets about as warm as a refrigerator!
Problem i have tho, is dodging the rainy days, as my machine is 28 yrs old, all original and i dont like getting it wet, although i'll spend DAYS cleaning n polishing!

Well while your waiting....

Stick a hot water bottle in a Waly World $20 gel pad cushion and fill it with ice water when you stop for gas or food.
Ice water is normally free most places and only need a cup or 2.

The rest of me needs chilled far more on a hot day.
I know this because when I stop for gas I hear the chicks say WOW cool butt!

Now on cold days I need the rest of me warmed more and I know this because the chicks say WOW Hot A$$ when I stop for gas.

Honda, PLEASE increase the cargo area of the trunk and side bags so I do not have to carry gear on the rear seat, I'd like to sometimes have room to give these chicks a ride you know! LOL
