He gets NOTHING when the ignition is turned on. Like there's no power to the switch. The battery does show 12+ volts. My guess would be that the starter solenoid is bad, or wired wrong. It's aftermarket.

Power goes from the Battery Positive post to the "Fuse" then from the "Fuse to the Ignition Switch.

This is a separate line of power to the Ignition Switch (Not involving the Relay)....!!!

Yes, I know the Fuse is "co-located" with the Relay...!!

Look at Mike's wiring diagram...!

Has he been working around the solenoid? Did he wire the battery cables backward? The big "B" terminal's cable has to go to the battery. The "M" (motor) has to go to the starter.
