How on earth do I get this master cylinder (rear) back installed

I literally, have been trying for hours and I can not get this back on...

It has the two metal lines, with the nut/collar that goes onto the line....

When I think its going in and getting tightened all the collar has down is been pushed up...There's no room to turn a 10mm wrench more than 1/8th of an inch.

How the hell do I get these on? I had the left one finally on, but then had no room to try and squeeze a wrench on the right one...so I took it off to work on the left one...help me...Its been hours

EDIT: I may have diagnosed my own issue...it looks like the threads on the right hole are stripped.

You need to get under the muffler and come at it from the inside. I had the pipes and tank out when I did my brakes. You might try to unbolt the master from the frame and drop it down.
