Noticed that NS 7.2 cant figure this simple task out. Here's how to work it.

If you dont already have the Player, download and install it. Real Player.

Once installed, find the Player listing under the START menu, right click and select "Properties" Within the properties window, the "target location" appears (where the program to view is located) Take note of its directory location.

Open Netscape and select a video to run. When Netscape freaks out because it cant figger out wheres the player hiding, tell it where the Real Player "exe" is located, and it will associate the files and play it.

Netscape? Didn't know anyone was still using that browser. Not up to IE or Foxfire IMHO.

True, wish they would fix it. I assume Willy Gates wont turn the code over to them. Willy doesnt like sharing. Always liked NS 4.7 May be one of those Copyright things, cant imagine NS's SW guys not being able to write in a routine to do this automatically.
