I agree, use sand paper and your best arm. Be careful with paint strippers the platics are ABS plastics in thosefairings and other bags and panels. ABS is very sensitive to corrosives and can even disintegrate.You may want to sand them with a 150 grit sandpaper then with a 320 grit sandpaper and prime and repaint them. I tried a stripper and had very bad results.
