how to remove paint

Im putting together a 1984 Aspencade out of assorted plastic parts from other bikes and some are chipped up bad.What is the best way to strip these?

I tried Easy Off oven cleaner and it didnt really touch it.

Any ideas??

You may want to sand them with a 150 grit sandpaper then with a 320 grit sandpaper and prime and repaint them. I tried a stripper and had very bad results.

elbow grease and sandpaper

any stripper that will take the paint off will ruin the plastic as well

I agree, use sand paper and your best arm. Be careful with paint strippers the platics are ABS plastics in thosefairings and other bags and panels. ABS is very sensitive to corrosives and can even disintegrate.
