I have replaced the front calipers but now the rear ones seem to be making a metal scrapping type sound. I assume they need to be replaced.

The book says I have to remove the rear tire but i am a bit scared to do it because of the drive shaft thing. Concerned a bunch of god knows what fluid will pour out and wont line back up, that sort of stuff.

Can I just do it like I did the front ones and not remove the rear tire?

the caliper will come of with out tire removal. Just remoive the slide bolt tilt it up and out. You will need to remove the left bag however. Jay

Removing the rear wheel isn't a big deal either.

Best approach is to remove the three bolts that hold the shaft to the rear drive. It just slides off and slides back on like it was supposed to!!
