Hi Guys 'n Gals,

I have a 2010 gw and the last couple of days, I have neen noticing a high pitch humming noise coming from the front end near the instrument cluster.

It is NOT the fuel tank cap.. checked that out.

The noise is steady, doesn't change pitch of volume..

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Mel

Maybe you hit a Humming Bird......... The Devil made me do it.........
I'd check to see if you did get something sucked up in the grill.. Or I'd check for something lose..........

Does your bike have ABS??? ABS controller maybe??? Maybe lift the front end with a jack and check for bad wheel bearing??? About all I can think of...

If it's still under warranty you might think about running by the dealer and have them look at it. Just a suggestion

possibly

I had a buzz in mine once. It was the washer behind a bolt for a cup holder. I suspect something has loosened up.
