Hi Guys, was just reading the threads and the trailers looks really nice.. have you considered mounting a 6 inch PVC pipe under the trailer with a screw in cap on one end,for carrying tent poles or other sharp objects in? You can also mount it for a counter balance weight also..the ones I've seen are mounted sideways, down under the trailer..Just throwing it out there..

The Aspen Classic that I have wouldn't have room for a pipe on the underside anywhere. I measured to see if I could add one on the tongue side ways on the trailer but it would be about 6 inches short of being able to put the poles in it that I have. I was thinking of a flat box, about 3 inches deep and 5 inches high that I could moount along the side of the trailer above the fender, but that would interfere with the closing up of the trailer and the mounting brakets for the bungee's on the cover.
