on reusing the brass parts and leaving carbs attached to plentum. kinda just a o-ring kit???

I think you beginning to see value in what you've invested , as you have posted a sentry to keep guard
You might want to use a small container of gasoline to at least get the bike running . Just fix it up on gravity feed . If the bike starts up then the mechanical pump may begin to work , so be sure to put its outgoing line into a catch container.

The check valves in the pump may be stuck. A little pressure may pop them loose.
