I think my bike knows its time is limitedShe's been running better than ever lately and it is about 2 weeks from putting her to rest:shock:

you see my 84 aspy will be up and running by then and my bike will be donating a few parts to the aspy. She is trying her best to have me keep her around:action::cheeky1::cheeky1::cheeky1:

She has treated me good and taught me much about the 1200's, she'll always be my first but sad to say she must be laid to rest soon:cooldevil::cooldevil:

So from what your saying , The ole bike is about to become a donorcycle . Well I suppose all good things must come to an end . But geez Ray its a 1200 and we still want folks to keep the older 1000s up and running . Oh , but I guess the 1000s are living in donorcycle parts as well . I hope the new bike is good to you . Spread the wealth er ah the parts around so others may live on . :action:

Part of me wants tokeep the ol'girl but the better half(Tracy) says ones gotta go.

The Aspy I bought from Joe in Florida beats mine hands down as far as cosmetics and added features. I'd sale the bike whole but it does have 90+k on her, 20,000 this year and I have to have my progressive shocks off it and the trunk/seat rails that I modified and others things plus my hartco seat. Then there is the fairing which has more issues than a meth addict:shock:

All other plastics will make someone a good replacemnt parts plus engine and frame already have a new home once I get Lucky2 up and running properly:action:

It's been a good bike and a learning bike plus it brought me to you guys here at Steve's great place:cooler:

So as in all things so it ends and a new beginning appears:clapper:
