Good tires (Michelin PilotRoad two's), a few sizing farkles to make it comfortable (handlebar riser plate, foot peg lowering brackets, sheepskin), a farkle or twoto make it safer (auxiliary mirrors and communicator), and good riding jackets, pants, and helmets................ and that's it. Allthe rest of the money goes to gas, oil, filters, tent sites, food......
I'm more interested in riding that the "ride," if you know what I mean..... the bike is a tool; the riding is the thing.
