it looks like I will take delivery of the new bike in the rain, after looking at friday's forecast... yuk.

Thats kinda stinks. Don't let it rain on your parade though. Enjoy the new Wing on the ride home.

It's a long time until Friday Bud. The weather guessers are often wrong this many days in advance. ;)

Well, the first 2 day clear span, I am hitting the road, gonna surprise Cousin Jack and make him buy me pancakes...

You been getting pretty wimpy on that Wee Strom my friend. Get the oilies on and ride that bike, it needs to get used to rain anyway after being in Aridzona.

I was out today for about an hour, and last week for about an hour. I can stabilize the leg well enough to get on ok, and feet down at a light is ok.

Backing the bike up is a no go entirely. The knee is way too loose, hurts more than a little.

Sure is convenient that my new bike has a reverse on it... lolz

Friday is still showing a bit wet, but low amount of precip, so thankful...

Its not the bike that is the concern. Out of 8 normal ligaments in two knees, I have only 4 functioning. I gotta be able to hold the bike up, etc., on a wet road...
