Probably, 1100s have electronic ignition but pretty sure they will work.
Ignition Coils for GL1000
A friend of mine needs a set of coils for a '79 GL1000.Does anyone
know if coils from a GL1100 will work on his bike? Thanks for your

When I installed an electronic ignition on my gl1000, I had to change the ballast.
I wonder which ballast you should use with the 1100 coils?
