During the winter I had the engine out from the bike. I changed clutch, generator and starter clutch.
When i had the engine back into the engine, it would not start. It misfires and exhaust is komming from the airfilter. Something is obvious totally wrong!
I have sparks on all the plugs.
In my opinion the timing must be out of order.
Does anybody have any tips for me.

You most likely put the pulse generators back in wrong, at the back of the engine. You can try swapping the PG wires around to get them back in time.

I did not take the pulse generator away from the engine.
I have tried to switch the two wires to the coils. Switching the ignition from 1 and 3 cylinder to 2 and 4. and the same from 2-4 and 1-3.
The engine is still shooting like "Puff the Magig Dragon....."
Does anyone know if it is possible to put the rod from the crancshaft till the pulsegenerator back out of position.
If so, I have to take the engine out again!
