I believe you can reach up with a socket and long extension to remove the two bolts holding the switch in place, no need to remove the the top bridge.

Last I checked, they had ignition switches too......:ssshh:ok, i changed out that switch and it still didn't come on so i started parting-out this behemoth pos. i HATE complicated motorcycles. what i want is a 70's ironhead sportster. simple... nice...
