My butt hurts from my wimpy 550 mile ride today - now it hurts even more just thinking about the rides mentioned above. Glad you all got home safe.

It was great meeting some of you folks, not that you'all ain't great, it's just that I only met some of you. I like the ride and the BS-ing. Now I remember why I don't take pics............I need to go on a diet, I told the wife that, that picture of me wasn't me. The price I pay just to stay alive, the drugs and stuff. For every action, there is a reaction. Hope to see you'all next year.

Made it home to Texas an hour or so ago. Colorado is beautiful, but I have to admit that riding back through the New Mexico high desert was just as majestic.

It was great to meet all you guys. Special thanks to Dusty and Dave for letting me pick their brains for days on end. For a relative newbie, it was invaluable.

We just got home an hour ago. We were planning on coming home on Thursday but we went the opposite direction and took a right turn down highway 149 instead and ended up sitting in the hot springs in Pagosa Springs. Sure glad we did because that also gave us the opportunity to ride up the "Million Dollar Highway". I'm still cleaning the crap out my pants! I have an issue with extreme drop offs and that is very extreme!

That's the most (long, near vertical) drop offs I've ever seen without ANY guard rails, but an incredible ride.

Chad, I did the Montrose to Durango and back run on Thursday, part of it withSteve & Dylan on MC Pete's 1800. Words can't possibly describe the incredible scenery on that ride. Just simply magnificent!! :clapper: It was good hanging with you and the Mrs's too. Thanks for leading me on the backroads to Delta! Hope your colds are gone now!

John, you are absolutely right about scenery. MAGNIFICENT!

We unfortuntly missed a lot of the meet and greet because I felt so crappy. But, luckily I felt much better Thursday morning so extended our trip by two days to ride south.

Thanks for stopping and dragging us along with you guys. You are a true gentleman and all around great guy. I hope we get the chance to meet up again.
