I´m installing extra lights on my Honda Goldwing 1800 -05.
I want to have a switch when the low beam in on to be able to manually decide if I want the extra light on or off.
When the high beam is on the extra lights should always be on (see the attached schema).
My question is where do I find the power from the high- and the low beam where I can get the signal to the relay?

Best Regards,
/Thomas

Simply take the hot for the low beam and the hot for the high beam to the same spot relay coil (non-ground side of course).
Interrupt the one from the low beam with a switch.
You kinda already knew...

Provide power to the relay from the battery, with a fuse. There is a black 4 pin connector behind the switch panel on the left side. In it is a blue wire from the high beams. I would simply use a feed off the battery wire to switch the relay on and off as you choose when the low beams are on. You will have to install a diode in the blue high beam wire to prevent them from coming on when you switch the relay on with the low beams.
