I have a 1983 Goldwing with the intercom. Where do you find DIN connections. You can forget Radio Shack, they don't have hardly anything now. Can you make a headset?

I purchased the DIN cables at a computer store when I was fooling around with headsets and trying to feed my GPS into the bikes intercom. They didn't just have the ends though just cables with the right ends. You can however order just the ends online if you look around. As far as making the headsets yes you can,but you can buy J&M's for less than $60 a set at Cyclemax.com or Wingstuff.com.I got some from Cyclemax and they work really well for the price. If you go into the Biker's Workshop on the home page it tells you how to make your own headsets.

The J+Ms are plug and play?
Yep, nothing to it.

I made a headset too early on, but the time tomake them plus the materials are just not worth it. Used to be some info on this site about making them, probably still here somewhere.
