Intercom system question

Since my 1100 only has a clarion 1 on it and the intercom pieces are apparently hens teeth, and I seem to economically disadvantaged at this time I need to do some thing cheep.
You could use one of these and one of these to wire in the tuner from the bike to have FM and use a male male cable to connect the MP3.
