Interesting helmet

I am one of the riders that Love my open face, but this helmet with the open face feeling and the full-face protection is worth looking at. I will try to see if i can find a supplier over here.

I have to agree with some of the comments following the article. I use a flip-face and like to ride with the visor up. I like the protection of the chin bar locked down which you would loose with the Givi. Sometimes on a hot day I will flip the chin bar up as I go through a small town to get some air on my face, and I can do this one-handed.

Also, what about our headsets? Will this new helmet accommodate them?

It looks pretty flashy, but for me, I think I will stay with what I have. You know - old dog - new tricks - kind of thing.

I like the looks of the thing, but I'm wondering about the wind resistance with the visor up. Looks like a wind catcher. I like the wider vision with the visor down.

If you crash when you've got the front flipped up there is a greater chance of neck injury due to the leverage on the flipped up front.

Did I miss something, I didn't see any DOT or SNELL approvals on it??
