Kool trailer.

One side note: Black iron pipe is very soft (and I have read that it gets brittle when welded), and might never be an issue, but for a little more money something stronger could be used.

It would be much better if the center cross brace were moved forward to the 1/3 position, the side rails already have the bolt holes for it here, now the tongue is another 12" longer (also pre-drilled to mount like this) making the trailer tow much better. Now you can make and install a fourth cross brace at the 2/3 position underneath for extra rigidity.
