Howdy from the big town of Montgomery Texas!!!

I have been poking around here for a while and decided to jump in!

Just bought a 93 GW Aspencade and have put about 100 miles on it, so far so good, like the bike and the way it rides.......

Any info would be appreciated about handlebar illumination. The manual talks about it but not sure if it's only for SE or could be on my Aspencade also.

Welcome to the forum. I have a 96 Aspy and my handlebar switches arn't illuminated either. I'm not sure if any of the models are, from the factory anyway. Others will chime in shortly though. You've got a great ride there. I love the 1500's....enjoy.

I'm pretty sure that only the SE has illuminated switches. :waving:

Thanks for the welcome gtwing, been wanting a GW since I was a little squirt. Finally convinced the wife and after looking for 2 years found a nice bike.......
And yes wrongway there is a lot of good info, some I have already used on my bike........

I'll dig through the manual some more. I found this in the electrical troubleshooting manual that came with my service manual and it is not specific about which model it's talking about.
