Go Here and check out the rules first to make sure you qualify.
Once you know you qualify, then fillout the ap, put the documentation with it and hand over your money!
There are a lot of rules (and in some cases, rules for those rules) that must be met.......
I looked forward to doing that once but when I really thought about it, it's a lot of work and money for a piece of paper that said I did 1000 miles in less than 24 hours.........
