Hi all

A quick question .At some point I intend to install a CB on my Wing but I was under the impression that the wiring was already there and I would just have to plug in the device. Where do I check fora wiring loom ?

Thanks in advance

Remove the left fairing pocket. It should be under there, with a plug in it.

I thought the SE came from the factory with a CB already installed.

The European spec ones did not come with a CB or wiring in them ,You will need the full kit including the push to talk switches etc ..Ciaran

My 88 was already wired, but the CB was never installed. I thought it was standard back then. When I picked up the bike, the CB was in a box with instructions. I installed the CB and attached harness toexisting connector and everything worked fine.I had the CB antennea instructions, but it was already installed. The CB filter(s) was identified in the instructions but they too were already installed.

I was really hoping to catch a break on this one but it looks like I'm gonna have to shell out on a full CB at some point. A letter to Santa might be in order but i'm gonna have to be really ,really good :D
