If it pleases you and you can't find a better deal then it is a fair price. After all prices are usually set according to what someone will pay for it, not what it is actually worth.

Point taken, Mr. Dave....Thanks! I think I'll go buy one (the black Gorilla Tape I used to try to fix mine just isn't cutting it like I thought it would...LOL

It is a good price.

Have you checked to see if OEM is still available? That will be the only way you'll get a color-matched unit.

I didn't check for OEM, but the one displayed is black...The one that is on my bike is black...so I bought one.

Seems like "replacement parts" and "good price" are an oxymoron, like jumbo shrimp or military intelligence. I paid over $60 for an OEM molded plastic radio cover - if it had been part of a kid's toy the whole toy would have probably been under $20. "Limited demand" is the justification, I guess. Perhaps the Greek word is "gouge"...
