Read the news on Linux Mint that 19.3 will soon be here, I have a new USB stick ready and waiting for it. https://blog.linuxmint.com/?p=3816 I need to work on the messed up red Dell and get it running again. I hope its as good as the 18.3 Cinnamon I am currently using. January 14, 2020 is farewell for Windows7.

If it works well are you going to give it a try on the fancy laptop?

I thought I would give it a try and see how it works, I will have to remove the OEM SSD and also the 2nd SSD that I put in, want to try it with just a single fresh SSD and see how it goes. That way, there won't be any Windows Manager to get in the way.

Hopefully it should work and then you can enjoy the Linux Mint 19.3 instead of Windows10.
