Just got back home this evening, 2400 miles from Tacoma, WA to Glacier Park in Montana, a bit of Idaho, Oregon, and Southwest Washington. The 1500 performed in her usual flawless manner. My brother's BMW got a flat in the middle of nowhere. We had a seven day mixed bag of weather, some fine, a heavy dose of rain and cold for two and a half days that drove us out of camping and into motels and a day of brutal heat and wind across Eastern Washington. I had a new set of Frog Togs as recommended by several here on the forum and can say they are really excellent for the price. Didn't leak a drop and try out fast. Easy on and off too.

Hi Kyle, we rode across Washington and Idaho into Montana pretty much on the North Cascades Highway. Great ride. Enjoyed some fine twisties south of Glacier National Park too.

Hey Pete, he did drink a bit of wine, and mentioned a couple of times we should have folding chairs. I had everything stowed inside on my Wing and he had a big bag lashed on the pillion of his 1100 plus the top box and side boxes filled. Not to mention his $700 riding suit. My outfit was the usual old leather jacket and jeans. I did add to my sartorial splendor several times with the orange Frog Togs.

:cheeky1:Let's see, seven days on the road, one and 3/4 briefs!:cheeky1:

So when do we get to see the photos?

Lugged the camera for the whole trip, took very few pictures, didn't really get any good onesbut here are two. First one is yours truely at Logan Pass in Glacier Park in Montana. Somehow the rain and the mud on the bike doesn't show up.

This one is my brother, Gary still in Glacier Park on the down side of the pass to the North. Rain finally breaking up. The next 100 miles from here were great! Twisties and no traffic. Dig his $700 riding suit! His wife bought it for him, apparently the woman who hangs around here doesn't value me that much!

Hell with it, they weren't very good pictures anyway!
