I made this adapter to fire 22 long rifle in my 223 contender pistol. It actually works but accuracy isn't the best but I have fired worse. Working on 1 for 22 magnum also. But how does that work you say? A 223 is center fire & 22lr is rim fire. Well a contender has a firing pin for both center fire & rim fire.
