Went to the Knee Doc today....., I have to have a knee replacement on Nov. 17.:shock:I have needed it for several years, but have put it off. Doc says I need it now before more damage is done. And so , I have to ride now while I can:action:becauseI will be grounded for a while

Bummer...... I will be doing more riding now and more time on here after November . Lets ride.....:action:

sending out prayers for you . may you have quick recovery . i am 4 days out now on shoulder surgery . its getting better daily . though my riding will have to wait till december . here in florida thats not so bad .

enjoy these last rides . dont foget some fuel conditioner while the bike is in layup with you .

Had my knee done a week ago after putting it off for as long as I could.
Up and walking the next day but not allowed to drivew or ride for at least 6 weeks and that is a bummer. Bored out of my skull aready.

You'll be back in the saddle. They are getting very good at knee replacements. Now I wish they did better with lower back disc replacemtents. I will be too old to care by the time they get that down better. If you have to, you can trike your bike. We will look forward to seeing you haunt this forum while you are rehabbing.

had both of my knees done nov. 5th last year made my first ride april 1st just got back from brpky . knees doing fine

So, your going for an upgrade... Good deal! It sux that you'll be out of commission for a while:cussing: but just think about how much better that knee will feel once your all healed up. :weightlifter:

And while recuperating, you can sit on your little roller stool and do some of those maintenance items you've been meaning to get to. Maybe even add a farkle or two? :clapper:

Before you know it, you'll be right back in the saddle.:action: And I bet you'll get in more miles per ride with the upgrade:cooler:
