Hello all, I realize that this is where you usually go for help as the do-it-yourselfer but I was wondering if anyone would know where to look for actual labor times for working ona goldwing such as doing the timing belts. I would like to do it myself but would also like to know approx how much time it is suppose to take if I take it to a repair shop. Thanks.

I would assume the labor charge for that operation would be in the four hour range. I do not do it that much(seldom) and have my own way of doing things, I wedge wood wedges behind the timing wheel and use a level and mark things completely across and number my marks with a magic marker and number them, that way it never gets away from me. Removal of the radiator and all that stuff, replace the belts, install the radiator, new coolant, I suppose with practice 3 hours, but would look at a shop charging a half day labor.

Thank you for the reply Kit. I will see what else I can find on labor times.
