I have a 1500 wing and have trouble at times with my knees. I am soon to be 62 and I guess age or mr. arthur has caught up. All of these will keep me riding except for the cost. Seems everyone thinks We have to have some kind of electromechanical means of putting a couple of little wheels down when we stop. Has anyone thought of a straight mechanical device that you just grab a handle pull it down to let the wheels down, and let it up when you want the wheels to go up. Sort of like pulling on a lever to start your riding mower blades. Of course there could be the stupid few that might want to lower the wheels doing 60 or more. But gee we are still in charge of how we let the blades down on our lawn mower so we as goldwing riders would have enough since to raise the wheels if not needed. Seems like some mechanical guru, Or is it zhar, now that our newest political round of new laws for all are in place, could come up with a device that was hand operated, mounted to the belly plate or even, hell even to the crash guards. Thoughts on this or designs anyone?
