For those members who feel that the camping fees are somewhat out of line, I agree, however if the fees are going to make or break as to whether you attend the event or not I have decided to open up my two acre property for a somewhat spartan camping experience free or almost depending on how many take advantage of the offer.
My problem is lack of water so if you want showers then maybe talk to a member who is using the motel.
Toilets can be provided with a porta-pottie.... for a price. (this is not Calhoun) depending again on how many decide to camp here.
The distance to Simcoe is about 15 miles a local restaurant is about 3.5 miles.
As with any silver lining there is always a cloud, Drod and Button lady are staying at my place so you will be subject to the joke machine
although this of course is allayed by the presence of Patty.
