Does anyone know what the part number is for the bulbs in the LCD. the Clymers manual states that it is a 12v 3w bulb :stumped:

Two types. One type you can get them everywhere and they are called 12 volt 3watt wedge style. You can buy them online for instance here; http://www.swego.com/mall/w3.asp

The other type is a T7 with a blue cover. I don't know what type T7 it is as there are many different types of T7. If you have the old one out and can read the numbers off I will be able to get a reference for you.

You can also get them from Honda and the part numbers are;
The wedge bulb is 34908-GW3-980
The T7 cap bulb is 34909-MN5-008

Thanks for the help, the display works fine it is just that the top half is hard to read at night.

hey Ted isn't that a regular GE 194 like in automotive ????????

used for side markers and dashboards by many car maker

we call the ballionette type .......

The one Ted refers to is the mini type that you see in car dashes and also I think in thetrunk side markerlights in the Gl1500.
