I bought from them around Christmas (taillights for gl1500), fast delivery in a nice safe packaging. They probably save on battery drain but I think they throw out less light from a distance, in that the centre is nice and bright but the outer parts of the bulbholder don't get as bright. You need to have two bikes standing together to see the difference though.

On the GL1500 that mightn't matter Willy, as there are plenty of other lights on the back anyway so there's hardly a risk that the cagers won't see you.

Good thinking Alan, beside the cagers will sometimes still hit the back of the bike no matter how well its lit up! :headbanger:
