Hmm.....No pics at all of it moving with the outriggers up. (Did it ever move? or was
it just a design concept)
Clicking on the link (in the original article) takes you to "Serious Wheels" which says
it's a 2006 vehicle. That was more than SIX YEARS ago. I'm guessing it never went
beyond the pictured prototype stage.
