Don't know Spanish, but one of the comments on the Youtube page indicates that he's saying she had a red light. If that's the case that intersection probably has lots of videos that could be posted.

wow yeppers very lucky, i wonder if she was on her cell phone like so many i see on the road. im posting this one on the site as a classic example why you dont ride in shorts and no helmet, because next time he may not be so lucky.

Intersections are scary, I treat a green like sort of like a yellow light, be ready to stop! sometimes it's just not avoidable, but I try to do a quick left/right scan before any intersection and if I happen to catch a vehicle going to blow a red light/stop sign/yield sign, maybe, just maybe I can avoid being "the bug". Lot's of scary factors out there.
