Went to go for a ride and found I had no radio display. Turns out the evil little Mice had gotten in my fairing again and chewed the wires. Second time the little monsters have done it.. Wonder if they make a Mouse Alert that works as well as the Deer Alerts
They got 4 wires in the radio harness, and 2 wires to the voltmeter. Guess it's time for the soldering iron once again...

Ya, the little Boogers get in there and make themselves right at home, don't they.
I didn't have any problems with mice, but during a 2 1/2 week inactive periond the end of last November, I had another type of Critter visit my bike. I discovered that they 'violated' my bike this spring, when I was performing some routine maintenance! Guess I'll try putting some Bounce in there and see if that helps to keep them out.

Glad to know I am not the only one with this problem. I have two words: glue trap. That way they are caught and disposed of before they do damage to your bike or get in there and die in the fairing from the poison. :shock:
