Yup, Motorcycle Superstore is the cheapest online store to purchase them.

Motorcycle Superstore is where I bought two sets of them from. That was over a year ago and they were best price at that time.

Be very very careful with tires from eBay. The "new" set I purchased were seconds and they were nothing but trouble. I replaced them later with a set from a local dealer and they were great. Same brand, same series.

i did not think there was a such thing as seconds due to safety issues?

I'd be leery of the age/quality of a tire I bought of Ebay. :gunhead:

For the sake of $7, there really shouldn't be a question as to where you should be buying them from.

Dustin Neal Rose,

I got mine at Derby Cycles, 115.00/159 for front/rear respectively. The only issue I had was they were 18 months old when I got them based on the mfg date.

The cheap ones appear to be last year(s) models that didn't sell and get wholesaled out.

how can you be sure you are getting a NEW tire if you order from moto superstore or derby cycles? do they have a guarantee or something. I WILL NOT RISK SAFETY FOR $7 i promise that, but how do i know what the man. date is on the tires before i get them

I did not say i was gonna buy those, that was just the first thing my search engine brought up and i just used it as a comparison to other places. Sorry for any confusion

Dustin Neal Rose,

That's the point, you won't know the mfg date until they arrive. When I called Derby Cycle, they assured me they were NEW tires, only meaning they were never installed prior. When I brought up the mfg date, they said, well, we buy them at the best price so we can pass along the savings and they don't even know the mfg date, read in, nor care.

If you go to your local dealer, you can check the mfg date and ensure they are OK.

Good luck
