It's time once again to set aside time & mark your calendars for a guaranteed good time. Yes, I'm talking about the Mid-West Meet Greet held annually in Eureka Springs, AR over the Labor Day weekend (Aug 30-Sep 2, 2013). Flyone & myself will again be acting as the event coordinators with of course alot of help from the Rhino's & Arkansas Ridgerunners. Our host motel will again be the Motel 62 conveniently located right on US 62. They have 60 rooms available with additional rooms at the Quality Inn if needed. I have negotiated a special room rate with Carl the owner for our group of $69.00 per night. Carl has asked that reservations be made by phone. When calling for reservations please mention the Steve Saunders GoldWing Mid-West Meet & Greet. The meals for this year are still being discussed with the planning committee & will be made known when a decision is made. If you want to camp or get a cabin then the Kettle Campground has a very nice facility & several members have stayed there in years past. Here's the contact info for both places;

and it is looking like I will be working and not be able to make this wonderful shindig. :sadguy: I already had to give up a week of work to make it up to Diggers, and just cannot do it again unless I get some extra weeks somewhere. :?
