I own a 1986 Aspencade. I drive it daily to work. When it rains this bike will start to miss and sputter. It seems it is just running on just 2 cylinders. After a couple days it begins to run like a champ again. The bike is garaged at home, but in the weather at work.

Check the small drain holes just below the plugs in the plug wells. Also may help to spray waterproofing silicon spray on your plug wires.

you should also spray your coils (when they are dry)

Just to locate the problem area: get a spray bottle of water. On a dark night, mist some water on stuff and look for sparks while its running. Don't flood the thing, just mist it.
