If you MMO as an engine flush . . . Why not just use a TRUE engine flush product? I have purchased several old bikes over the years and using a good quality flush seems to - surprise - flush the crud out nicely. Just my 2 cents
PS - I have used MMO in the fuel seems to lub the carburetor slides - could be my imagination
