I had ordered from them once or twice before and was very pleased with the prices and service. I needed a new front tire and it was out of stock and they were supposed to send me an email when it was in. I waited about 2 weeks and had not heard from them so I got back on the web site and found the tire, I thought. I placed the order online and at the very end noticed I had ordered the wrong size. I called the toll free # and spoke to a very nice lady who canceled the order and placed my name on a back order list for the proper tire saying if I was on the list when it came in I would be first in line. The very next business day I got the email on the tire being in stock, whoopee!!!. I got another email saying it was shipped, great, but it showed the wrong size, ohnooo!!!. I called the # again and spoke to another very nice lady and told her the dilemma, the part # was right but the size was wrong. She said she would check in to it. In a few minutes she called me and said it was the right tire and they had the size wrong on the description. I got the tire 2 days later and it is the right one.
Who else who says they will do something and call you back actually does? :clapper:
